french language plugin for CbsubsGPL 300?

I didn't find any french language for CBsubs GPB 300.
and the only one available is for CBsubs 1.12 which doesn't translate all the menu parts and text of chsubs

something is not clear in my mind. where do I have to install these files? In evidence I have to put them through my FTP but in which folder:
root-> language (subfolder fr-FR)?
adminsitrator-< component-> com comprofiler-> language?
other?

Please study your CBSubs documentation - there are language specific chapters.
You need to install the language plugins using the CB Plugin manager.

looking at transifex what do we have: single php files no script for installation . are you shure it can be installed by itself

Please study the CBSubs manual - chapter 16.
You will see how to make a language plugin package - you should be able to use the transifex files in the process.
