Hi team,

OK - One of my clients has finally gone live with DocMan 1.6 but we are having problems configuring CB Subs to work with it.

We created a test group in DocMan and added that group to the plan. Yet when we navigate to the DocMan category we can see and download the documents even when not logged in.

We also tried partial urls but as the site uses sh404SEF we are finding that this doesn't work either.

Joomla 2.5.14, DocMan 1.6.5 and CB 1.9 and CB Subs 3.0.0

Any suggestions would be welcomed.

Thanks

David

The extent of our cbsubs docman integration is to add/remove people to/from docman groups when a subscription starts/ends.

If this works then our integration works and your other issues are purely related to docman configuration.

Hi Nick,

Thanks for that clarification. Explains why we couldn't control anything in DocMan e.g. no redirect to register or login.

Back to the drawing board to see what we can do to generate teasers (unauthorised links).

Thanks again.
