[SOLVED] Upgrading from GPL 3.0 to GPL 4.0

[SOLVED] Upgrading from GPL 3.0 to GPL 4.0 was created by autobahn
I am probably being really thick in asking this but how do I upgrade from GPL 3.0 to GPL 4.0?

I have downloaded the GPL 4.0 zip file CBSubs-4.0.0-rc.1-unzip1st-5c8ddc2b3.zip and unzipped it. Do I just install all the components we use again as if it was a new installation, starting with cbplug_CBSubs_MAIN-4.0.0-rc.1?

I have read the manual (twice) but as it's for GPL 3.0 it's not a lot of help.

I appreciate that Chapter 4 of the manual is still relevant.

Does the phrase "just install any CBSubs™ GPL elements you have on your website" mean that I install every file that I installed before including the GPL Core Plugin?
