Still trouble shooting this issue and came across two javascript errors:

SyntaxError: missing ; before statement
...()})}})})})(jQuery) function cbsaveorder(e,t,n,i,d,c){cbCheckAllRowsAndSubTask(

SyntaxError: syntax error
sefont',CONTAINERCLASS,'cb_template cb_template_default');--><!--

It turns out the errors were cause by ROK theme pligins that were not being use. Once unpublished all work out fine!
