Error means that you have CBSubs 4.0 plugins installed but you still have the old Joomla plugin for CBSubs 3.0 installed.

From your CBSubs 4.0 RC Nightly download from this link:
www.joomlapolis.com/downloads/doc_details/671-cbsubs-gpl-nightly-build

download and unzip and update your installation with these new files and also make sure you install the joomlaplugin_cbpaidsubsbot package using the Joomla Extension installer.
