1. Menu Item is set to REGISTERED and the menu is set to REGISTERED as well
My Login Module was set to PUBLIC
The View Profile or the Menu item both go now where but an error page. Please help. I have read every manual, searched every forum and cannot figure this out for anything.
The website encountered an error while retrieving http://xxxxx/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&Itemid=143. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.
The website is production mode, so it does not use a full correct website address yet.

Please study the CB 1.9 installation documentation or the tutorial here:

or see the webinar recording here:

Your mandatory menu item needs to be PUBLIC and not Registered.
It if is Registered this means that non logged in users (attempting to register) cannot access the resource.

I did put the USER PROFILE on PUBLIC and threw it at the bottom of the site. Because I think its insane you would have a USER PROFILE public. But thats what I did and it worked for two seconds. It told me login first and then went right back to not working. I cleared Cache before and thats when worked, then didnt the second time i went into View Profile.

Joomla needs a menu item to the component.
You can put the Public menu item in a Registered menu module - this way it will no look insane.
