Some corrections first based on the CB 2.0 add-on compatibility article:

CB 2.0 was released October 8th.
CB nightly builds are being continuously released
11 previously commercial add-ons were merged to CB 2.0 (thus got compatibility releases indirectly)
On the same day (Oct. 8) many of our add-ons also had CB 2.0 compatible releases:

CB ProfileBook is currently being worked on by Beat.
CB Conditionals is currently being worked on by Kyle

The rest will follow as soon as possible.

We wish we could have had a single big-bang release of everything - we could not.
Instead we decided to release what we have when we have it.
