CBsubs, ogone and SEPA payments

We just finished setting up the test website with test gateway Ingenico and Slimpay.
I have sent you the details by MP

It seems like recurring payments do not work with Ingenico neither with credit card nor with slimpay though we have direct link and alias manager properly activated.

Could you have a look at both and tell us what is wrong ?
Further Slimpay allows annual order in several monthly or quarterly payments. Would it be possible to add this choice at the time of checking out ? So that we would avoid having monthly plans and only get annual plans with the ability to pay in several times ?
