Homeowners will need that also based on the association property dues.

It is not really an invoicing platform.

With CBSubs you can:

+ have one or more subscription plans and each plan can have a specific duration and orice
+ You can use the CBSubs mailer to automatically send reminder messages to subscribers when their subscription renewal comes up
+ you can even add a negative promotion that will be added to renewal price for late renewals.

Having said that it is really not meant for creating specific plans for each spacific rental. I guess you could do this if you want.
