Yes, sorry for slow reply, week-end was off exceptionally, and today was catchup work, but we are working on Promos engine, and will be looking at your site tomorrow, please keep our access active so we can dive into finding the issue. Thanks.

Problem solved. I reinstalled CB and the coupon feature works.
Not sure about the exact cause, maybe I made some changes to CB codes & database before, so there's mismatch after upgrading CBSubs.
