It looks like you have delete the Menu tab (this is the tab that displays the CB menu).

Why did you do this?

Actually you must have done this through the database as the UI will not let you do this.

You will have to fix this in database again.

Please install test CB somewhere else and check the tab database table to fix this.

Thanks for pinpointing the issue!
I actually didn't delete the menu from the database.
But I did create a migration to Joomla! 1.7 from 1.5
Perhaps that was the problem?

Yes, that could be the problem.

Same cause - a direct database manipulation caused this.
