[SOLVED] Cannot login to forge.joomlapolis.com was created by ronvix
Hi,
Yesterday I became a Professional member (I was Advanced member). When I try to login to forge.joomlapolis.com I get a "Invalid user or password" message.
This is what I do:
Login to www.joomlapolis.com (no problem)
CB Solutions -> Incubator
Click on "clicking here" link (I'm redirected to forge)
Try to login to forge.joomlapolis.com (same user/password than www.joomlapolis.com)
I get the message "Invalid user or password"
Am I doing somethig wrong?

Please try the following:
logout from Joomlapolis and then login again (this should trigger account synchronization with forge area).
Then try and login on forge - let me know if this works.

Anyway, I've just done it again and it doesn't work. Same message.

Please try one last process:
Update/change your password on Joomlapolis,
then retest with this new password on Joomlapolis and forge.
If it doesn't work send me a PM and I will reset your password.
(please try and avoid utf8 chars in your new password)
