I'm setting up the program for the quick message, I can send, but when I try to read, which should open the page turns white.

Something is messed up in your joomla user table.

Go to CB -> Tools -> Check Users database and you will see the message.

You would need to use phpmyadmin to fix the database.

You need to find the 2 rows in your core_acl_aro and user_usergroup_map table and remove them.

Did you modify your user tables in any way?

CB or Joomla did not do this.

removed user_usergroup_map, but core_acl_aro does not exist
