[SOLVED]CB blank profile and registration pages

11 years 9 months ago - 11 years 9 months ago #204544 by BeautifulminD
Dear Team
hope you're in good health and spirit,

I created joomla site offline using XAMPP, and everything was great

but once I uploaded the site to internet, most of the CB pages become blank: cb registration page, my profile, and all other profiles.

the blank page appear only when I try to reach other profiles as admin, I mean public can reach them, but not the admin or owner (who has edit access).

the normal joomla registration page is working, the problem is just in CB registration page.

even after enabling the joomla debug mode, the blank pages are not showing anything

the Apache Error Log shows something like that:
File does not exist: <span>/</span>home<span>/</span>xxx/domains/xxx.com/public_html/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/templates/dark/rtl.css

and when I create rtl.css at this directory, the error keeps appearing
.../plugin/templates/dark/rtl.css/rtl.css

from the backend, both of CB configuration and editing User in user Management also give blank pages.

please help

Joomla sees php safemode as "ON", while host says its "OFF"

There is no way for someone to check something on your localhost.

Turn on debug (in joomla) and also check your server error log.

Got your PM with access detail (don't recall requesting it).

I see the 500 issue during joomla login - the cpanel access does not work.

Check your server error log please.

How exactly did you transfer your site?

I tried to open registration page while server error log was running, but it didn't detect any action and no error were reported.

the uploading procedure worked with other sites: I zipped the site, uploaded it by FTP software (Ipswitch WS_FTP 12), and unzipped it by the cpanel. Then corrected the joomla configuration.php.

please try again to login to cbanel, notice the small Q letter. disable proxy if needed.

the hosting server is blocking phpmyadmin for security reason, I mean I can't access /phpmyadmin, could you please direct me to the hosting requirement/configurations so I would ask them to apply it for my site.

Best regards
