I suggest you use akeeba backup to move your website from localhost to live environment.

It will ensure that the files and the database are in sync.

Thank you Nant for your co-operation, the issue has been resolved.

I have changed the hosting server; as old host was disabling important php options for "security reasons".

also used akeeba backup, and am pleased with results, Best Wishes for you and your good team.
