Installing CB Subs & everything going fine (plans set up, working & published etc), but when I try to publish a plugin, ie: CB Subs Content, I get redirected to an error page (Forbidden

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.), then the plugin shows as locked & 'checked out by admin'.

I've tried reinstalling, clearing caches, changing perms...

Have I missed something obvious or is it likely to be a server issue?

and give the experts some info on your installation, i.e. Joomla, CB and CBsubs versions and other plugins you have installed.

Hi, thankyou for the help so far but still no luck. I've followed nants & krileons steps to the best of my ability & disabled various Joomla plugins I thought maybe conflicting, ie: akeeba backup. There is what I think is a jos_ error log showing in joomla backend, but I'm out of my depth there & can't make any sense of it. I have copied it into a txt file if it needs to be sent. I've checked the database in C Panel & it's not showing any faults.

I'm using Joomla 1.5.22, CB Subs 1.2.1 & CB 1.3.1 & installed CB Subs through the CB plugins uploader.
