Got PM and logged in backend.
I had no issues publishing the CBSubs plugins.
I just clicked on the Published column icon (the X in each row of plugins) to toggle it.
How exactly have you been failing?
Also, there is no need to publish your plugins as special - please keep all public unless you know exactly what you are doing.

That's really weird but thankyou for setting it up. It's still happening for me though, so It's obviously a problem here, but no idea what. When I click the published column icon AND the published radio button in the plugin backend I'm still getting the error page, then the plugin shows the checked (lock) icon again.
Re: publishing plugins as special, I see now I just need to set the tab for access on Plan 2, not the plugin.

well i really don;t know what to tell you - i visited your website again and was able to click/toggle CB PLugin publish/unpublish icon at will without any issues at all.
