Added information to my last post...

Just to iterate, I used the Component Installer within Joomla to upload PMS MyPMS Pro v.1.2.2 Enhance as I could not load it as a Plugin via Plugin Management within CB.

Once v.1.2.2 was installed within the Config I changed it to to be integrated with CB.

Is this the cause to why I have TWO Quick Message showing up??

Should it have been uploaded through CB Plugin Management?

Hi Nick,

I have since deleted all the plugins and CB.

I then re-installed CB. I further re-installed UDDEIM and PMSMyPMS Enhancedv1.2.2 via the Components Installer within Joomla, rather than installing via the Plugin Management found in CB. The problem with showing TWO Quick Messages has now gone.

Within both of these components I have set it to integrate with CB via their config when accessing through the Components tag on Joomla.

But still I cannot see Quick Message when I login as a user?

N.B I realised that I originally loaded the UDDEIM0.5 through CB and that caused TWO Quick Messages, this new install shows one now as illustrated above.

Do I need to set something within the menu for UDDEIM?

EDITED POST - I AM UNABLE TO SEND SCREEN SHOT .gif IMAGES - SORRY!

But in the Edit Plugin I have the PMS Component Type: PMS Enhanced 2x

Nick,

I have got it working.

Embarassingly, it was a case of not following the Readme.txt within the UDDEIM. Since going through the installtion process 'microscopically' it is working fine.

If anybody else has a query like I did I FULLY recommend reading the Readme.txt thoroughly as I found out the hard way.

Sorry to have wasted time and many thanks to Nick for his continued support.
