You should not use the password field as the password is hashed.

Use for example the [username] field.

Please note that there is no dynamic coupon code generation in place anywhere in CBSubs. A coupon is either specified when creating a promotion, or a method is provided to validate coupon against an existing user CB field of the person trying to use the promotion.
