Oh crap!.. yeah I installed it cause it wasn't what I was looking for.. then tried to uninstall, and it wouldn't uninstall cleanly. Are there places where I could get reinstall core modules to replace the old one?

It doesn't look as if you have anything on the site yet that would be hard to recreate. Backup your database and simply do a clean installation of the latest version of Joomla. It should erase all traces of noixACL. Other than that, I have no experience with removing it manually, so you'll need to search here, the web or on the developer's site.

Already started! :) If I just backup the database... it would keep entires of all the extensions I had installed though, right? I was hoping not to manually the other extensions after I restore it.

Manual is good... and you can check for the newest versions of everything you want... checking in-between to make sure there are no problems with the installation from the front end.
;)

Well.. I just upgraded my hosting.. and so that meant new servers. I started a fresh install and installed CB first. :) All's well. Thanks for your help! (I guess the files I had weren't really corrupt.. just bad error messages. :))
