It is also impossible to store data.

I've the same problem.
I did some debugging and known that there is a missed table named #__comprofiler_field_value_lists, I've created it manually with only two fields that I was able to know, I didn't find any information about this table in any of the plugin files.
If anyone know haw to fix this problem, it will be very appreciated cause I can't find how to fix it in any other place.
