can't upgrade to CB 1.4

I'm using CB 1.3.1 + CB subs on a joomla 1.5.23 CMS.
I'm trying to upgrade with CB 1.4 but nothing is occuring when I try upload comprofilerzip file...
What is wrong what is missing?

Would have helped if you would have said that earlier....
Are you sure that the php file you are changing is the one actually being used by your environment?
Check Joomla -> Help menu -> System Info -> Php Information tab to see if that php variable is also as expected.
Getting back to you original message - may I ask what exactly do you mean by:
"but nothing is occuring when I try upload comprofilerzip file"
What does this mean?

I was meaning that when I follow your instructions:
FOLLOWING APPLIES FOR UPGRADES FROM CB 1.2 releases on Joomla 1.5:
SUMMARY OVERVIEW OF CB UPGRADE ON JOOMLA 1.5 ENVIRONMENT
1) Install new CB component (com_comprofiler.zip) from
your CB 1.4 distribution package.
with the joomla installer it's not working!!! I 'm waiting so long time whitout anything occuring...
