you're right man, nothing has changed.

Do I have to delete all the files related to CB inside the admin folder and component folder through the FTP layer and then try one again to install??

Would be good to find out what is causing this.
Something on your environment.
Is there no access to your error log?

may be a track for the solution...

I have installed on another website hosted on the same server (same environment) Joomla1.5.23 and then CB 1.4. It works fine. But....
112 zip
But when I try to install CBsubs main 112 zip nothing is achieved. I can't install Cbsubs

do you have an idea?

Sounds like an ioncube issue. Please ensure within PHP Information inside your Joomla install that ioncube is present (just search for "ioncube" on PHP info page). If you're adding ioncube through PHP.ini then please ensure a copy of PHP.ini is in your Joomla root AND root/administrator as it must be in both locations. If issue persists after doing this please PM backend login credentials as well as FTP credentials.
