After a reset on the web server it went right for installing the component and the modules. But I didn't succeed for all the resets with the CB tools.

Moreover We can't have any access to CbSubs and all informations about the users.

The web hoster has check everything no break anywhere for him

we checked the sizes for upload: that's ok

Now if I can have informations inside the componant (description aboute version number, description with the tab management liste management and so on which indicate that the upgrade finally was done) I can't synchronise the users data base with the CB tools

I can't get any informations from Cb subs (no more than a white screen..)

May be...

I cant' access to Cbsubs. do I have to install it once again or not? Is it in relationship with the troubles I found with Community buidier upgrade?
