I have not seen that you are using Joomla 1.5. uddeIM does currently not work under Joomla 1.5.

uddeIM uses some globals which will not available under Joomla 1.5 since its framework encapsulates components in a compatibilty class.

There is no hotfix available for that. It is planned to release a version for J!1.5 but not in near future.

I have joomla 1.0.13 and cb1.1. I have installed your uddeIM 0.7b com but its not showing at all. When i install your mod_cblogin.. and plug_pyms i get a similar error on both being: -


[code:1]Another plugin is already using directory: "/home/e-smith/files/ibays/websites/html/LTHomes/joomla/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_pms_mypmspro/"[/code:1]

I cannot link to udde and there is no link within cb profile.

Any ideas?

1. You do not really need to install the patched files when you are unsure what you are doing!

2. You have first to uninstall the existing plugins before you can install the patched ones OR you can overwrite the existing files with the patched ones when you are sure what you are doing!

3. Create a menu link to the uddeIM component thats all.

Ok I have updates the files manually but I have not noticed anything different.

Is there any user front end for settings and such that can be put into cb?
