Hello i have installed the facebook connect plugin, done everything accroding to the pdf guide. But when i test with my facebook account i get this message "Please enter a valid e-mail address: "

I am usig joomla 1.5.21 and CB 1.2.3

any help.

You're attempting to register with an invalid address. When the pop-up comes up it informs you email is required. You can click the "change" button to provide a different address if you want, but regardless an email address is required.

No i have got vaild e mail address and pop-up dosen't inform anything.

Here is the process

From the screenshot you have pasted it is obvious that the email address you have used does not correspond to a facebook account. This is your problem - perhaps the message is misleading but this is your problem.
