I get the following error when I click update all modules:

No URL selected
Failed to save Install CB Plugin because: Installation error
Refresh the install from web using the refresh button bottom right of the tab. Next see if there are still any updates available. You may have been trying to update to a build we had to pull due to it having bugs.

You have nothing to update. All the updates available are for paid addons that you do not have a subscription for. The Update All button should be suppressed in that case though and have added a bug ticket to hide it when there isn't an accessible update.

This should now be fixed in latest CB build. Update All button should only display if there's something available to update now.
