Mass renewal emails sent out at the wrong time was created by wintercorn
I've never had this before but a client has had renewal emails sent out to multiple members even though their renewal wasn't due. I can't see any commonality between them which might indicate a cause and the cron is set to 'front end/10 and admin/100'.
Joomla is 3.9.27, CB version is 2.6.0 and CBSubs is 4.0.0. (I know it's not the latest but it's in-hand.)
Any suggestions or has anyone had this issue before? We've got several CBsubs powered sites and nothing like this has happened.

I cannot help you with paid products without an active subscription. Please re-subscribe and post in the CBSubs support forums. It's possible your issue is a bug that has already been fixed in latest releases as well.
