empty user profile fields when view the profile

empty user profile fields when view the profile was created by varst
I have PHP Version 8.2.11; Joomla! 4.4.0 Stable [ Pamoja ] 17-October-2023 4.0Zeta; CB 2.8.2+build.2023.10.31.15.55.54.0e912b36b
and I have empty username and email fields when view the profile.
If I try to change it then I can't save it because "This field is required!".
Can anybody help me please?

Is this a new install or did you update from a previous Joomla version? If you updated from a previous CB version was it working before? Try running the database check tools in CB > Tools and Synchronize Users and see if issue persists.
