Owner is shown in the list view and not edit view. In CB 3.x we'll be providing a User fieldtype that will be similar to Joomla's when creating articles.

but you show the username of owner. is it possible name of user? in the joomla article we can see author name not username.

In CB 3.x the User fieldtype will show in whatever format the name format is set to. For CB 2.x there's no plans to change list views to show name as username is consistent with all of our other views. Name also isn't unique so if you've 2 people with the same name it's impossible to differentiate the two.

2-when CB3 will be release?

CB 3.x will be a gradual release. So it will release in parts. First part adding the new application layer, initial framework, and some APIs. CB will largely still be CB 2.x for quite some time as we move everything into the newer APIs. I cannot give you a timeframe for when all of this will happen.
