Trouble updating to 1.3.1

Trouble updating to 1.3.1 was created by dsolomon76
I just updated to 1.3.1 from 1.2.1 The installation processes indicated that they completed correctly. I ran the CB database checks which all passed. However whenever I select the Configuration tab I receive the following error:

The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.

All the other CB tabs work. It's only the Configuration tab that displays this error.

I am running IIS 6 with PHP 5.

Any ideas what could be causing this problem?

Thanks.

This seams to be an ongoing problem with IIS (Microsoft's end). Never heard of such a issue with CB which leads me to believe is hosting environment related. Please see the below PHP bug ticket (very old), which has various fix proposals (dating to 2010).

bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=25863

Please also see the following MS articles concerning the issue.

support.microsoft.com/kb/145661

Easiest approach is to simply upgrade to IIS 7 where the issue appears resolved.
