[SOLVED] unable save non english character was created by francly
Hi, when I save the field description use chinese character, it become ?? after save, I have make sure all the DB collation is UTF8, not sure what other thing is wrong.

Text and varchar columns also have their own collations. Review the tables not saving UTF8 characters and ensure the columns are also utf8.
