CB Conditional field not letting me add extra AND rows

CB Conditional field not letting me add extra AND rows was created by LasagnaLove
I am trying to create a CB Conditional Field Show using an AND row, and it just won't let me. I can add OR rows to my heart's content, but not an AND row. I currently have only 1 condition. I click on the 'Add AND rows' and not a single thing happens.
Using Chrome, but have also tried on Microsoft Edge. Other members of my team have tried on their computers and are having the same problem.

We cannot help you with paid plugins without an active subscription. Your issue is likely due to out of date CB Conditional. You have no download history for CB Conditional so I assume it was purchased with a separate account. I suggest posting in the support forums with that account if updating CB Conditional does not solve your issue. If you no longer have access to that account I suggest subscribing then posting if issue persists after updating. You can purchase plugins individually from our addons page below if all you need is CB Conditional.
