We are using:
Community Builder version: 2.7.4+build.2022.12.07.19.10.12.f06961ef4
Joomla version: Joomla! 3.10.11 Stable [ Daraja ] 14-August-2022 14:18 GMT

Switching from PHP 7.4 to PHP 8.1.12, we get error when adding new or editing existing user.

Steps to reproduce bug:
  • Login to Joomla Back-End
  • Go to Components->Community Builder->User Management
  • Click on button New to create new user or edit existing

It will give us error:
Commands out of sync; you can't run this command now
/libraries/joomla/database/driver/mysqli.php:610

Check if you've any 3rd party user plugins in Extensions > Plugins installed. Something acting on Joomla user store is likely causing this. It happens when MySQL functions are ran in the wrong order of which core CBs are not.
