[SOLVED] Can't Save Changes to Profile

When a user tries to update his profile with second cell phone number he gets the following error message after clicking "Save":
Error
Duplicate entry 'principals/rtkatch' for key 'uri'

Sounds like an error with an index, but that index doesn't exist in CB. Guessing you've a 3rd party Joomla user plugin within Extensions > Plugins doing that. Try disabling all Joomla user plugin types except "User - Joomla!" and retry.

Thanks but if I do that I will have disabled most of the website.

I don't see how that'd be the case. You should only be disabling Joomla plugin extensions of the type User. You have something 3rd party likely acting on Joomla user store behavior and a 3rd party Joomla plugin of type User is likely the culprit. If none are present it's likely a 3rd party System plugin since those can act on any Joomla event.

ok, got it. I misread your first email. So I only have two User type plug-ins enabled and I disabled both and it didn't make a difference.

Do not disable "User - Joomla!" user plugin as that's for Joomlas core user and is necessary. If you don't have a 3rd party user plugin enabled then it's likely a 3rd party system plugin since they can act on any Joomla event. Just doing a quick Google search leads to similar issue below.

Which points to "System - DPCalendar". Do you have such a plugin present in Extensions > Plugins? If so disable it and retry. Sorry, I can not help you any further as your issue has nothing to do with CB.
