[SOLVED] Question about invoice was created by ramtinworld
Hi,

To add the Expiry date of each membership items and when I add the tags under pricing tab for each plan nothing carries forward to the invoice itself.

Here are the screenshots, no matter what I have on Pricing tab (event static text) nothing appears on the invoice.

For some reasons I cannot insert images here anymore.

Here is what I have on the Pricing tab:

[ITEM_NAME][VALIDITY_IF_NOT_AUTORECURRING][EXPIRY]

and here is what I can see on my invoice:

Ordinary Individual Member: 1 year AUD 100.00

Whatever I add to the pricing tab of the plan will not appear on the invoice.

Please ensure you're configuring Payment item text: as I could not duplicate your issue. What Joomla version are you running? CB version? CBSubs version? Any caching enabled? If so have you purged all cache before testing? Need further information so may investigate further.

Hi,

I have cleared the cache and here are the versions:

Joomla > 1.5.20
CB > 1.3.1
CBSubs > 1.1.2

Let me try again and see if I can insert the screenshots here:





It might also help to let you know that is members renew their memberships the text on their invoice is different that the first time that they have signed up. I am not sure why!!!

Using your exact configuration I can't duplicate your issue on renewal or new subscriptions.

Original:
Renew Subscription Plan: Single Payment: 1 year for admin

Your Changes:
Single Payment: 1 year12/13/2012

Am not sure what more to advise. Please ensure your editing the plan in question. Please PM backend login credentials and will take a look. Please include in the PM the exact plans causing issues.
