HI,
the new promo feature did not work! After it didn't work on my test installation, I tried it on a blank new website with only J1.5.23, CB 1.4 and CBSubs 1.2 installed.
Could you be more specific as to what you mean it does not work? All of our tests showing it's working perfectly fine. What steps have you performed in finding that it's not working?

Hi krileon,
Not working mean:
- i did setup a Plan
- i setup a Promotion (Coupon or all purchases, it makes no difference)
- everything is enabled
- nothing Happens ...
I Tried it on my Test Site and because it didn'T work i tried it on a Minimum joomla Site with only cb and cbsubs and no Other components.
Is there any undocumented Magic Switch to enable the functionality?
Please navigate to CBSubs > Settings > Promotions and ensure "Promotions enabled:" is set to "Yes" (re-save configuration just to be sure). Once done review your Promotion and ensure its conditions are not preventing it from being used. If is an automatic promotion then please ensure conditions are met before checking if working. If you need to input a code please ensure conditions are met then ensure the code was input correctly.

We're still investigating your issue. At this time it is unclear of the cause. I apologize for the inconvenience. If others have similar issues please also let us know so we can better review across multiple sites what could be the cause.
