Please PM FTP access as believe you're subject to a few of the bugs on forge and will pre-patch your install for you to confirm if resolved already.

I don't like using those as a simple change can result in entire backend locked with no way to reverse it. Please provide credentials that I can use in an FTP client. Please create a backup before sending credentials as well encase rollback is necessary.
