Conditionals Not Working Correctly was created by jmaridon
We have a conditional field that should only show on the profile when "Yes" is selected. Unfortunately, the conditional is not being honored and is showing up on the profile regardless of my conditional configuration. I have attached a screenshot of the current settings. Can you help me troubleshoot why this field is showing up when it should only when the conditions are met?

I'm guessing your field is a checkbox field. For others with similar issue the checkbox field stores as 1 (Yes) and 0 (No) so you'll need to be sure to condition against 1 or 0 and not Yes or No.
