hi
i see FFmpeg in this link:

some of my users uploading non-standard video and if i can use something such as ffmpeg to convert video to standard codec or better audio and video bittrate , my website can continue better performance.

We're not EasySocial so I've no idea why you're linking their documentation.
We do not provide support for transcoding videos or audio files. It's a very heavy operation that most of our users wouldn't be able to utilize as their host likely won't allow ffmpeg to be used as it tends to max out CPU usage quickly.
