Japanese Characters was created by davidjansen
Sorry everyone I am very new to this.
I had other forums on my site that display Japanese characters. They also display on my article pages.
I just installed CB... Great so far!!
When post is made in Japanese the characters switch to ??????? when posted.

What do I need to do to get them to display in CB?

Thanks much!

Depends entirely on your database collation if those characters can be stored or not. Check that your database has a default collation of utf8mb4_unicode_ci. Next you'll need to be sure your tables and their columns have collations of utf8mb4_unicode_ci. You can use something like Akeeba Admin Tools to change the collation of your database tables quickly if you're unsure how to do so using phpmyadmin.
