With CB Code Field or CB Query Field, yes. CB Code Field displays the results of your custom PHP while CB Query Field displays the results of your custom database query. Both can do math operations, etc.. Normal substitutions can not do math operations. I recommend CB Code Field and its Code Field for what you're wanting.
