with the cb v2.4.x and when i update my cb to latest , my custom registration form that use Cb trriger , long time to load next page and then return
504 Gateway Time-out
when i comment this line, then it work correctly.
can you help me?

Sounds like you've something acting on that trigger that's causing issues. If using CB Auto Actions see what auto actions maybe acting on that trigger and try unpublishing them. Beyond that we can't help with debugging custom implementations.
