I bought the CB Groupjive plugin.
At this moment I try to make an ‘activity’ tab in a new group.
There is an activity tab in a member profile, but not in a group.

How do I enable this function?

Within CB Auto Actions > System Actions publish "CB Groupjive - Stream" for per-group streams. For now this is where this integrates from, but will eventually be moved so that it's just parameters in GJ itself.

Could you also explain, how to enable the option that uploaded images or video's are being shown in the activity feed?

Ensure the appropriate system actions are enabled in CB Auto Actions for CB GroupJive Photos if you're uploading photos using that integration. If using CB Gallery then be sure its system actions for activity are enabled. If you mean to upload directly on the stream then that should already be the case if CB Gallery, CB Activity, and CB Auto Actions are installed and the system actions in CB Auto Actions for outputting GJ gallery and stream are enabled.
