Are you using an input mask from the available list of input masks or are you using a custom input mask? I've "Input Mask" set to "Phone Number", which works fine in my tests. If set to "Custom REGEXP Mask" or "Custom String Mask" please provide the custom input mask you're using.

Probably an invalid input mask due to the additional characters. String input masks are pretty limited and strict in their formatting. You may need to consider using a REGEXP mask instead. Try something simple like 9999 then type 2020 and see if that works fine to help confirm.

Mask 9999 dont working too. For some reason, masks don't work only for admin and moderator. For them, the Cancel button does not work when editing a profile (when clicked, no action occurs). Everything works correctly for a registered user. Do you have any idea how to fix this? Maybe I configured something incorrectly?

I modeled this situation on another site. Everything works correctly there. It turns out that it's not the CB, but the settings or configuration. If You have any idea, please tell me..

I noticed a strange pattern. If you remove the plugin "CB Conditional" from publication, everything works correctly. But on another site, everything works correctly with this plugin.
