Where can I change the language settings for the activity:

All - PROFILE_ACTIVITY_FILTER_CONN - PROFILE_ACTIVITY_FILTER_GALLERIES - PROFILE_ACTIVITY_FILTER_GROUPS - PROFILE_ACTIVITY_FILTER_FOLLOWING

I see these, but I don't know where they are

Same issue as your following topic.

Those are language strings provided by CB Quickstart, which you uninstalled. Reinstall and publish it for its language strings to exist for them to translate.
