2 rows/sets of Tabs???? was created by zingerdigital
I saw on your demo site, that the profile page show 2 row/sets of Tabs.

demotemplate.cbdemosites.com/index.php/profile-view/userprofile/Enrico

How would I go about doing that?

Use different tab positions. You'll need to edit your tabs in Tab Management and change their position. CB 1.x Tab position map as follows.

tabs for row 1 would be set to position: tabmain
and
tabs for row 2 would be set to position: underall
???

Am I only limited to just those two positions because those are the only ones that are 100% width?

No, the column sizes change based off how many columns are used. So you could use L1C1, L2C1, etc.. They're just tab positions so I recommend exploring CB a bit and just try them by moving a tab around.
