Adding filled forms (for exam results) in CB profile?

I'd like to know how experienced CB users would solve this feature requirement we have.

We are a small karate association and I'm building the website using CB for the users profile.

When a user is invited to a belt exam, what would be the best way to add the exam result to his profile? One requirement we have is that the sensei(a non technical user) must be able to add the info himself, so that pretty much mean Frontend editing if possible. Backend editing is too confusing.

An exam result consist of
- Date the exam was attempted
- Name of the examiners present(senseis)
- Results of the different part of the exam(forms, katas, kumite for higher belts, etc)
- Examiners comments
- Final score - Belt awarded or not

I looked at Forms extensions for joomla, but none allow adding the forms result to the CB profile.

Ideas?

Thanks!

You can use a Form extension then use CB Query Field (Professional subscriber plugin) to query for the information. Alternative is create a couple of fields then use CB Privacy to set them to moderator edit only. Then your moderators can edit the users profile and add the information.
