uddeIM 0.6b+ (0.5b with some enhancements)

Following features are new:

1.) Sender can delete messages from the outbox
2.) You can switch between Realnames / Usernames in admin backend
3.) When creating a new message uddeIM shows *your* connections (that means connections to other users instead of connections from other users to you)
4.) Connections can be displayed in a listbox (switchable in admin backend)


Update from 0.5b:

Please do following:
1. Update the database (go to myphpadmin and enter following SQL statement in the SQL box,
this will create the missing fields).

ALTER TABLE `jos_uddeim` ADD `totrashoutbox` INT( 1 ) DEFAULT '0' NOT NULL ;
ALTER TABLE `jos_uddeim` ADD `totrashdateoutbox` INT( 11 ) DEFAULT NULL ;

2. Overwrite all files with the files provided in this archive
(please note that there is a folder com_uddeim in admin\components and in components).

Thanks for the file you submitted.
Who exactly is still developping uddeIM ? Why there is no official site ?

Anyway, i'm using uddeIM 0.6b+ and it works just fine.

I made corrections and finished french translation (i'm official fireboard translator , missus translator, helped for many other ones, and admin of www.aide-joomla.fr , french joomla help site).

Please find the file on this wiki or attached to this message.

I suppose that you know that the new features are still harcoded (realnam/usernames and connexion display switch in admin backend).

Thanks for getting better this great component.
I'm thinking about two features which would be great :
- possibility to enable e-mail notification by default or not (option in admin backend)
- possiblity to add multiple recipients when writing a message (separated by , and/or with multiselect listboxes)

Could you tell me at least which variable to change to activate email notify by default for each user ?
I really need that and get lost in the code (i begin with php...). Would this be enought to do the trick ?

Should be "emailradio" (1=Notify new messages, 2=Notify new messages when offline)

This is what I get (but everything else is fine but that)
for the message list:

X times depends on the number of messages in the received messages box.

And, the 'title' of the message just shows '...' (which is still linkable)


When I click on the message (so: '...'), the message is shown but this error message too:
Warning: stristr() [function.stristr]: Empty delimiter. in /home.24/j/m/r/jmrvervi/www/components/com_uddeim/includes.php on line 202

I think I've updated to 0.6+ successfully.

So, is there any way to update the titles of every messages on the server to avoid these warning messages?
