The line is correct. The error message says that $config_quotedivider is empty in includes.php on line 216. Since I have not touched this code from 0.5 -> 0.6+ it seems to be a problem with (maybe) your php installation.

You can try to add this line in includes.php before line 216 in order to ensure that $config_quotedivider is not empty but I am pretty sure that you will have the same problem with the 0.5 (the last official version of uddeIM).

It looks like the problem is there is no default value for $config_quotedivider=''; in uddeim_config.php. If you change it to $config_quotedivider='__________'; then I get no more error messages.

I fixed this in the latest version downloadable from my homepage.

Currently I plan to add encryption to uddeIM, so a PM cannot longer be read by DB admins.
